A Surety Company or Bail Bonds Company will submit a case. Then, we work to connect them with the Fugitive Recovery Agent that fits their needs.
We have a database of Fugitive Recovery Agents (also known as Bounty Hunters) nationwide. We specialize in California, but CA Agents often find themselves with a Defendant needed to be located outside the state, so our database continues to grow. In an effort to create stronger collaborations, we index Fugitive Enforcement Teams, independent Enforcement Agents and Bail Bonds Business Owners. Consideration is made as to locations and approximate time needed to travel for any given assignment, liability amounts, team size, special skills, preferences in terms of armament. We want to know the Fugitive Recovery’s certifications, we want to know what certifications are needed for the assignment/s. We also like to get to know the working style & approach to forfeitures of both Fugitive Recovery and Bail Company Owners. For instance, Fugitive Recovery, what is your investigation style (surveillance, skip tracing, interviewing)? Bail Co-Owners: what’s your attitude on a forfeiture – do you like to hand-off to Recovery Agent right away, or to resolve internally, and give the defendant an opportunity to reassume the bond?
